Fernando J. Ocon MD, FACOG Dr. Fernando J. Ocon is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been in practice in the Houston/Pasadena area since 1998. He completed his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he served as Administrative Chief Resident in 1994-1995. His other academic achievements include being honored as Chief Resident of the year in 1995. He is on staff at South East Memorial Hermann Hospital, HCA Southeast Hospital, Doctors Outpatient Surgery Center and is a clinical preceptor at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Ocon has made Houston/Pasadena his permanent home and is committed to developing lifelong relationships with his patients and being a part of their birthing experience and gynecological care.
