Women's Choice Aesthetics & Mammography is a practice on Technology Drive in Trumbull, Connecticut that combines a diagnostic breast-imaging centre with a medical aesthetics line. It is owned and run by a physician couple: Dr. Neil T. Specht, dual board-certified in internal medicine and radiology and a former Chief of Ultrasound and Interventional Radiology at St. Vincent's Medical Center, and Dr. Evangeline Specht, a board-certified internist. The mammography side opened in 2011 as the first 3D-mammography centre in Fairfield County. Aesthetic treatments include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Opus Plasma resurfacing, TruSculpt Flex and iD body contouring, RF microneedling with PRP, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, Laser Genesis and vein treatment. As of September 2026 the practice states on its own site that it is seeking new ownership and is operating reduced hours.
