Whole Health Charlotte is an integrative medicine practice founded in 2017 by Maureen Scott, MSN, ANP-BC, RYT, with offices in the Monroe Road and Ballantyne areas of Charlotte, North Carolina. Scott, a nurse practitioner and yoga teacher, completed Dr. Andrew Weil's Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona and specializes in an integrative approach to depression and anxiety. The practice offers hormone testing for perimenopause and menopause, functional medicine lab testing, and nutritional and herbal therapy.
