About Wesley High, DO General Surgery

Dr. Wesley High is a board certified general surgeon who was born and raised in Phoenix. He graduated from Arizona State University and attended Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ for his medical school training. From there he went on to do 5 years of dedicated surgical training at Mountain Vista Medical Center. After completing Residency, Dr. High was selected by the Chief of Surgery and Residency Director (Dr. Raul Lopez) to join his practice and was hired on as an Attending General Surgeon. He worked in the role for many years gaining experience before deciding to exit employment and start his private practice which he has been at since 2022. He recently served as the Chief of Surgery at Banner Gateway Hospital. Dr. High is an accomplished general surgeon with extensive training in a broad range of surgeries. With over 5000 procedures performed, his expertise includes abdominal surgery, oncologic surgery, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He is widely known as a surgeon
