Wellness Redefined is a telehealth-only integrative psychiatry and functional medicine practice serving Oklahoma-licensed patients, led by Ebony Fortier, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC. The practice combines two linked service lines: functional medicine addressing gut, skin, and hormone health, and Gut-Brain Integrative Psychiatry offering psychiatric evaluations and medication management for ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Fortier is IFM-trained in functional medicine and board-certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
