WellLife Medical Centers is a primary care and concierge medical clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado, established in 2015 and founded by Susan Jones, APRN, MSN, FNP. The practice combines conventional primary care with hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss using medications such as Wegovy and Zepbound, peptide support and IV nutrient therapy. It also runs in-house laboratory testing, behavioral health services and a medispa line offering Botox. Care is delivered both in person at its Garden of the Gods Road office and by telemedicine across Colorado, with a clinical team that includes nurse practitioner Rebecca Lucas.
