Wave Aesthetics Med Spa was founded in 2022 by Dr. Lisa Stevens, who has served as the head of pathology at several regional hospitals. Having battled acne since adolescence, Dr. Stevens realized what an impact it made on her work performance and confidence when her skin was clear. She decided to take bold action and open her own medical spa, providing an empathetic approach to an often disheartening experience. Her patients have appreciated that Dr. Stevens understands them and works to refine their outer appearance, knowing that it will impact many other facets of their lives as well. Dr. Stevens lives in Erie County with her family. She currently serves on several hospital committees and is also a board member at the Community Blood Bank.
