Vitalize Health is a functional medicine clinic and medical spa in Lincoln, Nebraska, founded by Raime Misko, APRN, FNP-C and Jacquie Stewart, APRN, FNP-C, who serve as co-CEOs. It is nurse-practitioner-owned and led, with six advanced practice registered nurses and no physician named on staff; both founders are board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners, and three providers are members of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Clinical services cover women's health including bioidentical hormone replacement, menstrual cycle management and sexual wellness; men's health including testosterone replacement and sexual wellness; thyroid optimization; and peptide therapy. Aesthetic services include Botox, Jeuveau and Daxxify neurotoxins, JUVÉDERM, RHA, Radiesse and Belotero dermal fillers, SkinPen microneedling, the Perfect Derma chemical peel, DiamondGlow dermabrasion, and Emsculpt Neo and Emsella body treatments. Unusually for the category the clinic accepts most insurance, and it also sells supplements and medical-grade skincare and offers patient financing.
