Dr. Pajka grew up in Parma and attended Harvard University, graduating with honors. He received highest honors (summa cum laude) upon graduation from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and undertook specialized residency training in all aspects of eye disease and surgery in The Ohio State University Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Pajka entered the private practice of ophthalmology in 1995 and began practice in Cleveland at Northern Ohio Eye Center in 1999. In 2010 he founded Vision Surgery Center, a Medicare-certified, ophthalmology-only Outpatient Surgical Center, which has received the prestigious accreditation of The Joint Commission. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Igor Estrovich was born in the former Soviet Union and has lived in Cleveland from an early age. He went to Brush High School and then went on to Case Western Reserve University to earn an undergraduate degree
