Vibrance Medical Spa is a medical spa in Auburn, California, launched in 2000 by board-certified plastic surgeon Jonathan R. Freed, MD, and his wife Chelle Freed alongside their Freed Plastic Surgery practice. By 2004 the couple had built their own facility housing a plastic surgery center with a fully accredited operating and recovery room, plus a med spa with six treatment rooms and separate lobbies. Treatments run under Dr. Freed's oversight and are delivered by a team of nurse practitioners, aesthetic nurses and licensed aestheticians, covering neuromodulators and dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling, PRP and growth-factor therapy, SkinVive, CoolPeel and TetraPro CO2 lasers, Tixel, IPL photofacials, CoolSculpting, DiamondGlow and Glo2Facial treatments, chemical peels and dermaplaning. A second location opened in Lincoln, California.
