She is passionate about making a difference in the community where she grew up. Shaggy was Dr. Shahriela’s nickname given by her brother, Brandon, at a young age, and it stuck. She is now known to her patients and around the community as Dr. Shaggy. Dr. Tania was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She was inspired to become a dentist from a very early age through her mom, who also works in the dental field. Being certain of her career path, Dr. Tania completed a fast-track program to graduate
