About Van De Walle Family Dentistry

Dr. Van De Walle was born and raised in Hondo, Texas, as the youngest of seven children. He went on to attend Texas A&M University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Civil Engineering. After three years working in the engineering field, he felt called to pursue a career in dentistry. He enrolled at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio School of Dentistry, graduating Cum Laude in 2004. The following year, he opened Van De Walle Family Dentistry in San Marcos, where he has proudly served the community since 2005. Dr. Van De Walle met his wife while attending Texas A&M, and the two married in 1998. Together, they have two children, born in 2004 and 2008. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Van De Walle enjoys fishing, golf, and traveling with his family. His greatest joy comes from balancing his passion for patient care with time spent with his wife and children.
