USA Aesthetics is a nurse-practitioner-led medical spa in the Tradition area of Port St. Lucie, Florida, serving the Treasure Coast. It was founded by Nidia Garcia, ARNP, who performs the treatments herself, and operates under the medical supervision of Luis A. Vinas, MD, FACS, a board-certified plastic surgeon who serves as medical director. Services include neuromodulators, dermal and lip fillers, PDO thread lifts, PRF facials, RF microneedling, Sculptra, laser resurfacing and Kybella. The practice also runs a medically supervised weight-loss programme using tirzepatide and semaglutide. It is co-located with USA Dental and directs a portion of proceeds to Gold Star families.
