About Uplift Health MD
Uplift Health MD is a solo-physician integrative and functional-medicine practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan, founded by Zhiling Trowbridge, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Trowbridge completed an Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center and formerly served as a preceptor for Harvard Medical School's Structural Acupuncture Course. The practice, self-described as a "Holistic Health Collective," offers medical acupuncture, functional medicine, mindfulness-based therapy, and food-as-medicine counseling.
