Dr. Afshin Zarbakhsh, known as Dr. Z, grew up in Los Angeles, California. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Later, he moved to New York and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at New York University (NYU). Following this, he completed a General Practice Residency, where he specialized in hospital dentistry with a focus on oral surgery and advanced dentistry. Dr. Zarbakhsh completed a fellowship in implantology at NYU. Additionally, he is certified in dental laser technology and Invisalign. Dr. Z is a firm believer in comprehensive care and collaborates with his patients to achieve the best possible results. He understands the complexities of dental treatment firsthand and is dedicated to providing gentle, comfortable care.
