Dr. Avram, born in Transylvania, Romania, earned his dental degree from Iuliu-Hatieganu University in Cluj-Napoca in 2002 . After moving to the U.S. in 2005, he completed postgraduate training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in 2009. Since 2010, he has practiced dentistry in Richmond s Metro Area. Dr. Avram completed a fellowship in Forensic Dentistry at Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, Tennessee,
