Truth Integrative Medicine, PLLC is a functional medicine clinic in Jackson, Mississippi, serving the Jackson metro area. It is owned and run by Kimberly Strong, FNP-BC, MSN, who holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed postgraduate work in metabolic and nutritional medicine through the University of South Florida and the Metabolic Medical Institute. The clinic is her second functional medicine practice, following Truth Wellness Center, and was founded after her own inflammatory illness was traced to an environmental exposure rather than resolved by symptom-directed treatment. Its clinical focus is environmental toxicity and chronic inflammatory response syndrome, alongside thyroid and hormone evaluation, gastrointestinal and food-sensitivity work, chronic fatigue, peptide therapy, and infrared sauna detoxification. The practice operates outside insurance and relocated to Jackson from Flowood.
