TrueMedSpa is a non-surgical medical spa in Lakeland, Florida, trading as True MD LLC and operating alongside The Premier Salon & Spa. It combines the setting of a traditional spa with clinical treatments delivered by physicians and medical practitioners, and is one of a limited number of United States flagship centers carrying the SkinCeuticals skin care line. Its medical menu covers Botox and Xeomin, dermal fillers, Kybella, PRP, chemical peels, microneedling, sclerotherapy and vitamin IV therapy. Laser and body services use Sciton, BBL and Yag platforms for hair removal and resurfacing, together with CoolSculpting, truSculpt iD and flex, Strawberry Laser and SkinTyte. The practice also offers sexual wellness treatments including the P-Shot, O-Shot and ThermiVa.
