A 40-year practice led by a magna cum laude trained specialist committed to exceptional periodontal care, equitable access, and serving the Capital District community she calls home. Dr. Mahogany Miles has called the Capital District home for the past 10 years. She grew up in East Chicago, Indiana a steel mill town on the shores of Lake Michigan and that background shaped a work ethic and sense of purpose that runs through everything she does. Her academic path was distinguished from the start. At Butler University in Indianapolis, Dr. Miles was a Dr. John Morton-Finney merit scholar, majoring in biology while minoring in chemistry and Spanish. She then enrolled at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine as a Martin Luther King Jr. fellow and Dean's List scholar, graduating in the top 10 of her class with magna cum laude honors.
