Trilogy Spa is a full-service day spa in downtown Manhattan Beach, California, trading as Trilogy Spa at Metlox, LLC and located on the lower level of the Rock'n Brews building at 321 12th Street. The spa offers massage, results-driven custom facials performed by licensed estheticians, Brazilian body sculpting and shaping, lymphatic infrared body rolling and red-light recovery sessions, along with memberships, packages and private spa parties. Its facial menu includes HydraFacial, dermaplaning, brightening peels and intraoral buccal sculpting rituals. The facility has ten treatment rooms, locker rooms, a private infrared sauna and an outdoor terrace, and it draws clients from Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance and Palos Verdes. Dr. Iman Bar, MD has served as the spa's Medical Director for over a decade.
