Appointments To make an appointment, call us at (817)283-5376. We are open six days a week and offer convenient hours for appointments. We do our best to accommodate our patients by scheduling appointments in a timely manner. When possible we offer same-day appointments. Cancellations Because Trail Creek Dental knows your time is valuable, we make our best effort to stay on schedule. Likewise, we ask for a 48 hour notice for all cancelled appointments. Insurance As a service to our patients, we accept all Dental PPO's. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
