I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and have kept raising the bar adding Cryoskin and other wellness services to help others. I’m the founder of Total Sculpting in Elk Grove and your biggest cheer leader, providing you cutting edge solutions such as Cryoskin, a non-invasive solution for fat loss, cellulite reduction, skin tightening and even reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Also providing several top quality health and wellness services to help you look and feel your best! I am also one of the founder/president of RISE Elk Grove Women In Business (501 c3 non-profit), a member of the Elk Grove Chamber, a blended mocha lover, a momma bear to my grown kids and love Saturday date nights with my hubby! I have had the honor to impact and transform thousands of lives, owning a gym, two transformation centers, competing in many sports and bikini competitions, I felt a deeper calling.
