About Total Life Wellness & Aesthetics

I believe in supporting all facets of wellness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual to help maintain balance of one’s whole self. I use a blend of Eastern and Western medicine techniques with herbs, targeted supplements, diet and movement to aid in healing. My goal is to provide a sanctuary where healing takes place as I search for the root cause and remediation of chronic illness.
