Timeless Reflections is a medical spa in Ashland, Kentucky, owned by Karen Hart, a family nurse practitioner with more than thirty years of nursing experience. The practice builds an individualized treatment plan for each client and combines aesthetic and wellness services under one roof. Its injectable menu covers Botox, dermal fillers and Kybella, alongside microneedling with platelet-rich plasma, the Microtox facial, chemical peels including the ZO Stimulator Peel, and medical-grade skin care. On the wellness side it offers intravenous vitamin and hydration therapy, Biote bioidentical hormone pellet therapy and a physician-supervised weight-loss program using FDA-approved medications with diet and exercise coaching. The team also includes a certified laser technician and a licensed esthetician.
