Tide Med Spa is a med spa in Clearwater, Florida, founded by Chelsey Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and completed Nurse Practitioner training at the University of South Florida, then worked alongside plastic surgeons in the Tampa area before founding Tide Med Spa. The practice offers neuromodulator injections, facial balancing with dermal fillers, PRP/PRF microneedling for skin regeneration, IPL and Frax laser treatments, and Sculptra.
