It was founded by Melissa Pietras, PA-C, a US Army veteran physician assistant whose clinical background spans emergency medicine, cardiothoracic surgery and neurology. Gayle Ryan, MD, a general surgeon and fellow Army veteran, serves as chief executive and medical director. The practice offers InMode Morpheus8 and Quantum radiofrequency skin tightening, Solaria CO2 laser skin resurfacing, and cosmetic and therapeutic injectables including medical Botox for migraine and TMJ.
