The Spring Center is a membership-based functional, integrative, and environmental medicine practice in Costa Mesa, California, founded in 2010 by Kelly McCann, MD, MPH. Dr. McCann was recruited by Hoag Memorial Hospital to build an integrative practice, remains on Hoag's staff, and completed a Residential Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona under Dr. Andrew Weil. The practice offers four membership tiers and services including IV therapy, functional medicine, LDA allergy therapy, and nutritional counseling, delivered by a small team of physicians and physician assistants.
