The Salt Barn was founded in July 2018 by owners Tom & Jodi Crossnoe. It is a holistic wellness center and day spa located in Smyrna, Tennessee. A cancer survivor herself, Jodi s personal journey of healing inspired her to create a space dedicated to wellness and relaxation. Although she holds a degree in accounting and initially pursued a career in that field for over 25 years, Jodi decided to leave behind the corporate world to follow her true passion and open The Salt Barn. With a desire to give back to the community, she designed the spa to be a sanctuary where individuals can rejuvenate and find peace. Specializing in salt therapy (halotherapy), the center offers a beautiful Himalayan salt cave that helps alleviate respiratory and skin conditions. Under Jodi s leadership, The Salt Barn also provides a variety of services, including float therapy, infrared sauna, massage therapy, esthetics and more, all aimed at promoting overall health and wellness.
