Dr. Smith, a Utah native, earned his degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Demonstrating exceptional clinical skill, he achieved a perfect score on his clinical exam and was honored with an Award of Excellence from the Academy of Osseointegration for his outstanding work in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Smith and his family returned to the South Jordan area in 2006, “I had the opportunity to have a great education from a great school, but I knew this was home for us.” Dr. Smith and his wife Wendy, who is also a Utah native, have five children and together they appreciate the welcoming culture and unique personality of the region. Despite the changes brought by growth in the South Valley, Dr. Smith believes the area retains its close-knit, small-town atmosphere-an ethos reflected in the way he cares for his patients.
