Founded by Yvette Strange , The Med Spa opened its doors in January 2016 and quickly became a trusted destination for advanced skincare in Wimberley and the surrounding Hill Country. What began as a passion project rooted in personalized care and clinical precision has grown into a full-service, medically-directed aesthetic spa known for excellence and results. Under the guidance of Medical Director Dr. J. Ivan Ramirez , The Med Spa offers medical-grade treatments including BOTOX® , Dysport ® , Restylane , SkinPen®, Secret RF , PRP , and C linical Chemical Peels — all performed with safety, efficacy, and your skin health in mind.
