About The Longevity Center
The Longevity Center is a physician-supervised intravenous therapy and longevity practice with locations in Englewood and Lakewood, New Jersey. It was founded by a father-and-daughter duo, Karen Morgan and Dr. Allen Morgan, and opened in New Jersey in 2025 offering IV wellness drips before expanding into peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy and testosterone replacement therapy. Treatments are administered by licensed registered nurses with specialized IV therapy training and include NAD+ infusions and injections, Myers cocktails, glutathione, and immune, recovery and hydration drips. The men's testosterone program is built on comprehensive bloodwork covering total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH and FSH, PSA, and thyroid and metabolic panels. At-home visits are available in the Bergen County area.
