Hey, friends! Meet Allison, our incredible founder and the heart behind The Glow Lab. With over 15 years of nursing experience and more than 9 years as an aesthetic injector, she has a lot to bring to the table. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she holds extensive knowledge in aesthetic injections, including techniques, products, technology, policies, procedures, and, most importantly, safety. Her aesthetic approach combines facial balancing and preserving Allison believes that education and safety are the foundation of any successful practice, and she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. She also provides private, comprehensive beginner injectables training and shadowing opportunities for RNs eager to dive into the world of aesthetics. Whether you're looking to enhance your skills or start a new career path, Allison is here to guide and empower you every step of the way. Allison started out as an esthetician and was what inspired her to become an RN.
