The Formula MedSpa is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Rye, New York, founded by Nicole Frontera, FNP, a family nurse practitioner and master cosmetic injector known for her signature Natural Needle Lift technique. The practice combines cosmetic injectables and laser/skin treatments with integrative wellness services, including bioidentical hormone therapy, IV vitamin therapy, hair restoration, and men's and women's sexual health treatments through its in-house Testosterone Clinic. Frontera has worked as a clinical nurse educator for Cynosure and an educator for the Allergan Medical Institute and Revance Aesthetics, and trains other injectors nationally in her technique.
