For as long as she can remember, Rendee Pfeifle has been drawn to two things: caring for people and making them feel their best. As a nurse for over a decade most of it spent in labor & delivery she developed an instinct for putting people at ease, anticipating their needs, and delivering care with a balance of expertise and heart. But something kept pulling her toward aesthetics. Not the kind that chases trends or promises instant perfection, but the kind that helps people look in the mirror and feel like the best version of themselves refreshed, confident, and naturally radiant. That passion led to The Collective Medspa, a place where expertise meets warmth, and where every patient is treated with the same thoughtful, high-touch care that made Rendee an exceptional nurse. She is also a Nurse Practitioner (NP) student, on track to graduate in 2027, furthering her ability to provide advanced, patient-centered care.
