This Agreement (\"Agreement\") is entered into by and between The Clinic MedSpa, located in Bellevue, Washington (\"The Clinic MedSpa,\" \"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\"), and the enrolling member (\"Member,\" \"you,\" or \"your\"). By enrolling in The Inner Circle program online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Program Overview The Inner Circle is a monthly program offered by The Clinic MedSpa that allows Members to bank monthly funds for use toward eligible services and retail products. Monthly Fee: $100.00 USD Minimum Commitment: Six (6) months Billing Frequency: Monthly, automatic recurring billing Each monthly payment of $100.00 is banked to the Member\u2019s account and may be applied toward eligible in-clinic services and retail products at The Clinic MedSpa. Banked funds may not be used toward gift cards, are not redeemable for cash, and expire one (1) year from the date each payment is posted. Unused funds are forfeited upon expiration.
