Terrain Clinic is a naturopathic medical practice serving Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach, co-founded by naturopathic doctors Desiree Galante and Rob Boyd and trading as Terrain Clinic, LLC. The clinic states that it currently operates by telehealth only and publishes no street address for either market. Its three named clinical focus areas are fertility and family planning, hormonal imbalance and gut health, with fertility care covering both female and male clients. Treatment is delivered through diet and lifestyle change, personalized nutrition, herbal medicine and supplementation, supported by genomic, nutrigenomic and gut microbiome analysis. The team also includes two nutritionists and a health and mindset coach.
