Synergy Wellness and MediSpa, PC is a New Jersey medical spa founded in Red Bank in 2017 by physician assistant Danielle F. D'Alessio and relocated to Oceanport in August 2025. It is led by physician medical directors alongside physician assistant and registered nurse injectors and licensed medical aestheticians, and is a member of the American Med Spa Association. Aesthetic services include injectables, Sculptra, MINT PDO threads, CO2 laser resurfacing and CoolPeel, laser hair removal, Sofwave, VirtueRF microneedling and the SALT facial. Body contouring is offered with CoolSculpting Elite and VelaShape III, alongside hair restoration. Wellness services cover IV vitamin infusion, bioidentical hormone replacement, exosomes, peptides and medical weight loss.
