Synaptic Sports & Longevity is a physician-led regenerative, sports and longevity medicine clinic at 3090 S Durango Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada, operating under a rebrand from its former name Sadeghi Medical. It was founded by Nick Sadeghi, MD, an emergency medicine physician of more than 20 years who moved into sports, regenerative and longevity medicine. The clinic names sports medicine and longevity medicine as its two primary specialties, bridged by regenerative treatments including platelet-rich plasma and orthobiologics and Tenex percutaneous tenotomy for chronic tendon injuries. Other services include hormone therapy, NAD+ optimization, peptide therapy, proprietary Blue-Print IV infusions, EBOO blood filtration, chiropractic care, PEMF, full-spectrum light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It runs a dedicated athlete recovery program and several concierge membership tiers, and states it also serves patients in New Jersey and New York, though it publishes no address outside Las Vegas.
