Dr. Maha Karar attended the University Of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she received her DMD degree in 2006. Following graduation, she practiced in both the private and community-based public health sectors in which she was able to fulfill her passion of treating patients from different backgrounds. She believes in cultivating meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them obtain the best oral care they can receive. Dr. Maha is a biomimetic dentist and an active member in The Alleman Center Biomimetic Mastership program. Biomimetic Dentistry seeks to replicate the strength, function, and esthetics of natural teeth by replacing only damaged or decayed tooth structure. With this, Dr. Maha is passionate about preserving one’s natural tooth structure and function using the highest quality dental materials.
