My academic path started with a degree in Chemistry, a subject I thoroughly enjoyed. However, my desire for regular interaction with people led me away from a laboratory career and towards clinical dentistry. In dental school, I explored various specialties but found my true calling in restorative dentistry. I completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the VA before practicing full-time. I have been practicing in private settings ever since, with a focus on restorative procedures.
