STILL is not a medspa. It is not a spa. It is not a clinic. It is something new, built around one idea: that wrinkle care should be simple, consistent, and completely without anxiety. STILL is Birmingham's only dedicated neurotoxin studio. We do one thing. Not because we can't do more, but because doing one thing with complete focus produces a fundamentally better result than doing many things adequately. No medspa menu. No consultation that's really a sales appointment. No per-unit pricing that leaves you doing math in the treatment room. No pressure to add something you didn't come in for. You came for neurotoxin. We are extraordinarily good at it. The appointment exists only to deliver exactly what you asked for, nothing more, nothing less.
