Dr. Jordan Ferrage was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Ferrage attended Loyola University New Orleans where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with honors in his major and was awarded the Joseph F. Pignatelli Award for Excellence in Biological Sciences. Dr. Ferrage conducted undergraduate research in limb development and regeneration. The results of his research were presented at the annual university research symposium and contributed to several peer-reviewed journal articles. Dr. Ferrage graduated from the LSU Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry in 2011. While at LSU, Dr. Ferrage served as head jambalaya cook for his class feeding the entire school on multiple occasions and served as a clinical teaching assistant in the department of prosthodontics educating third-year dental students in all clinical and laboratory steps of denture fabrication.
