Jose F. Matos DDSDENTIST Dr. Jose F. Matos received his bachelor degree from the University of South Florida in 1987. He then continued his education and in 1991 received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the VCU/MCV Dental School in Richmond, Virginia. He is a member of several dental organizations that share his enthusiasm for R. Andrew Powless DMDOWNER / DENTIST Dr. Powless grew up in the small town of Flora, Illinois as the oldest of three boys. As an avid athlete, he was his high school football quarterback and excelled competitively at Division 1 tennis throughout college. Education Dr. Powless studied Chemistry in western Kentucky at Murray State University (MSU). After Born and raised in St. Pete, Dr. Rushmore is a gentle and dedicated general dentist who loves helping patients feel confident in their smiles.
