To ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients and manage my schedule, a credit card is required to book (no hold placed: pay however you’d like at your appointment). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 80% of the service. While we understand things happen in life, missed appointments take compensation away from my small business and also takes opportunity away for another booking to fill that slot. I do my best to avoid using this policy, and ask that you remain compliant. Thank you.
