Welcome to Southwest Dental LLC, the family dental practice of Drs. Nick J. Rudelich, Curtis S. Condie, Carson Baltazar and Luke J. Rudelich. For over 30 years, our office has provided comprehensive dentistry in Taylorsville, Utah, and we also welcome patients from the surrounding communities, including Salt Lake City, Murray, Midvale, West Jordan, Millcreek, and West Valley City, Utah. Dr. Condie earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah before attending Creighton University and graduating in 1997.
