With 22 years of experience in dentistry spanning general, ortho and oral surgery, I enjoy people and have a passion for patient experience. In my role as operations manager, I implement and ensure adherence to plans, policies, and procedures. Collaborating with doctors, I prioritize high-quality hospitality, effective marketing, and precise insurance billing to support our providers. My commitment to continuous growth drives our practice s efficacy, ensuring patient comfort and maintaining a team well-versed in the latest oral surgery knowledge. I am a mother of two adult children, a daughter and a son, and also have a daughter-in-law and grandson. I enjoy the outdoors, including fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, and road trips, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. I have dedicated the past 19 years to this office and plan to continue until my retirement in the next few years. I enjoy helping people and love the patient care industry.
