Dr. Maria Escoto Doctor of Dental Surgery Dr. Maria Escoto, D.D.S., is a cosmetic dentist and one of an elite group of female doctors in South Florida specialized in Neuromuscular Dentistry. She is a founding partner in SoBe Dentist, a boutique dental practice Miami Beach . Dr. Escoto’s vast experience in both cosmetic and general dentistry allows her to offer a unique perspective on a number of dental issues, including neuromuscular problems, periodontal disease, oral cancer, tooth erosion or decay, and an unattractive smile. Dr. Escoto began her career in 1995 when she worked as an associate at a busy, general dentistry practice in Miami Beach. In 2002, Dr. Escoto and Dr. Alberto Mantovani joined forces and started SoBe Dentist.
