Smiles By Design became a reality in 2004 when Dr. Bartlett and his wife moved to the Port Arthur, TX, area to work as an associate in a thriving dental clinic owned and operated by Dr. Doug Becker. In 2006, Dr. Bartlett and his wife purchased the business and changed the name to Smiles By Design shortly after. Dr. Bartlett is a general dentist who has owned and operated Smiles By Design since 2006. Dr. Bartlett started his educational experience in South East Texas where he graduated from Liberty High School in 1995. Upon completion of high school he attended Stephen F. Austin State University earning a Bachelor of Science with honors graduating Cum Laude in 1999.
