Seok was born in South Korea and moved to the U.S. after finishing his MS degree in Biological Science from the Korea Advanced Institue of Science and Technology (KAIST). After immigrating to the U.S., he received a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with Magna Cum Laude and Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) certificate from the University of Maryland. He has been practicing dentistry in Northern Baltimore area providing patients with the highest quality dental care and opened Smile Dental Care in Ellicott City.
