Dr. Theresa Johnson is a board certified, Doctoral prepared, board certified Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Michigan for undergraduate studies, followed by the University of Rochester in New York for her second bachelor's degree and Master of Science in Nursing degree, with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty. In 2018 she received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University. Dr. J has always been passionate about health, wellness, and beauty. She has spent several years studying the human body, and developed a love for aesthetics. She believes that everyone should be able to look and feel their best . In order to do this, an environment of trust must be established between the Provider and the patient. Thus, she developed SKNtopia Med Spa. From botox , dermal fillers , IV vitamin infusions , weight loss , and more, her goal is to help you find a plan to address your needs. Dr. Rais is an experienced Internal medicine physician with over 25 years
